Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

U.S. RETURNS

We offer free return shipping for all orders within the U.S. 

For your return, please:

Step 1: Click here to initiate the return process and get your prepaid return shipping label.
Step 2: Pack your item(s) in the least possible box.
Step 3: Drop your package off at any USPS location. 
Step 4: Send us on mail photo of post receipt as proof that parcel shipped.
Step 5: Wait for refund 2-4 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The cost of returning product from an international location is the responsibility of the buyer. 

For your return, please:

Step 1: Click here to initiate the return process.
Step 2: Once you will recieve answer with back adress, pack your item(s) in the least possible box (to reduce costs).
Step 3: You can choose the most economy way to ship back suit. But please choose tracking.
Step 4: Email us the tracking number for your return shipment

Step 5: Wait for refund 2-4 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

In case of exchange buyer dont pay any additional cost for exchange suit.

We will give you back shipping label for first suit. Just you ship it - send us photo of post receipt as proof.  

If new suit ready - we will ship within 3 business days. If we need to make - we will start to make it, need up to 10 business days for new suit.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
